I think to me, the most important thing which I found works is... One is the time management. You need to really know the time management, because it's very important that, you know, you have to be very efficient because if you want to do certain things. Second thing is, I found is that what you like to do, you always have time. It's very, very important because if you are doing it just for sake of doing it, okay, forget it. I'm not going to do it.

1:16 I'm not doing it for my heart. So, I think it has to come from your heart, whatever you're doing it. Third is you need to balance between the family and everything else which you do.
